ReplyDeleteHow could I make this if I don't have a crock pot? Could a regular big pot and cover work?
ReplyDeleteI forgot to use the cilantro.. yes yes I know it's called Cilantro Lime Chicken! None the less.. it was fantastic!
ReplyDeleteI came across this post via pinterest and I made it for a blog link up and it is soooo delicious! Thanks for the recipe!
ReplyDeleteWould I be able to do this for only 3 or 5 hours in the slow cooker on high?
ReplyDeleteSorry, 3 or 4 hours
Delete^If it's on high, I would think it'd be okay. Maybe thaw the chicken first for peace of mind! :) Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteIt's crock pot day at work today...everyone is bringing something made in a crockpot to share! I'm bringing this and can't wait to share it. I'm serving it with cilantro lime rice as well!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the yummy recipe
I use this inside of my chicken enchiladas everytime! It adds a perfect flavor to the chicken! Thank you!!
ReplyDeleteGiven this a try this week! Looking forward to an easy dinner in the midst of the busy holiday season.
ReplyDeleteThis was great! It has now become a regular in our house!
ReplyDeleteI made this for my family of 8 tonight. I left the chicken in for a little longer so it was extremely tender and juicy. I made plain white rice, put my chicken on top then put crushed up tortilla chips on top. It was very spicy but good. Not the best, but still good. My 3 year old niece was in lover with it and ate 3 plates. My 16 year old sister wouldn't even touch it because of the chunks from the salsa and the peppers. Everyone else said it was good.
